Starting as an assistant in 1986, Patrick took over the redeemer program in 1990 as the head coach. With only 1 runner returning, Patrick and his dedicated coaching staff helped build Redeemer into the top Detroit high school cross-country program in the City. 6 League and Sectional championships, 1 regional championship. a 7th place State finish give testimony to the hard work of the kids who ran. Of all the high lights, Coach Pat’s most important feeling is that of “honoring the Redeemer running traditions through the future of the hard working Cesar Chavez students”. |
